Planeta Burg aka Planet Storms 1962
It all started with a Russian attempt at serious science fiction produced in 1962 by no less an illustrious organization than the Leningrad Studio of Popular Science Films. Cosmonauts reach Venus but are attacked by hideous monsters in this film that Roger Corman bought from Russia to make "Voyage to a Prehistoric Planet" and "Voyage to the Planet of Prehistoric Women." Good special effects.
